RÖR means tube, reed or straw.
In icelandic RÖR makes a palindrome, that is one of very few cases I've come across where the object and the word for them both are the same backwards and forwards.
The album is inspired by palindromes.
the album title, the songs and the album itself each form a palindrome of sorts.
